This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared in connection with school and volume photography services and our online photo store.

Information may be provided directly by a parent or guardian, by the participating school or organization with appropriate authorization, or through our online ordering system.

• Allowing parents and guardians to view and purchase photographs

Text Messaging (SMS)

Where a parent or guardian provides a mobile phone number and consents to receive text messages, Williams JO Photography may send SMS messages regarding gallery availability, order status, and ordering deadlines.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text messages may be cancelled at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Consent to receive text messages is not required in order to view or purchase photographs.

 

Children’s Photographs and Information

Williams JO Photography takes the privacy of children seriously. Photographs and identifying information collected for school photography are used for providing photography services to the participating families and organizations.

Access codes, private galleries, or other access controls may be used to limit access to photographs.

Parents or legal guardians may contact Williams JO Photography with questions or requests concerning their child's information or photographs.

 

GotPhoto and Service Providers

Williams JO Photography uses GotPhoto to provide online galleries, photo ordering, payment processing, and related photography services. Information necessary to provide these services may be processed by GotPhoto and other service providers involved in payment processing, printing, fulfillment, hosting, and delivery. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services.

 

Payment Information

Payments made through the online store may be processed by third-party payment processors. Williams JO Photography does not directly store complete credit or debit card information submitted through these payment systems.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect photographs and personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Deletion

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are placed through our online shop and paid at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

 

PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

Printed products are produced by our professional photo lab and shipped directly to the address you provide. Digital files are delivered electronically. Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.

 

RETURNS

Because every product is custom printed for you, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within fourteen days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

 

COPYRIGHT AND USE

Williams JO Photography LLC retains copyright of all photographs. When you purchase digital files, you receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display them. You may not sell the images, use them commercially, or submit them to contests without our written permission.

 

GALLERY ACCESS

Photo galleries are private and accessible only by the link or access code provided. Please do not share your access credentials. Galleries remain available for a minimum of twelve months from delivery.

 

TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) PROGRAM TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Williams JO Photography LLC.

 

• Program description: We send text messages about your photo gallery availability, your order status, and ordering deadlines. 

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive messages when your gallery is ready, when an order updates, and when an ordering deadline approaches.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Williams JO Photography LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

• Opting out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts. Opting out will not affect your ability to view or order your photographs.

• Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, email williamsjophotography@gmail.com, or call 620-262-5412.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may view your gallery and place orders without agreeing to receive text messages.

• Your privacy: Information you provide for text messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
